DONATIONS TO THE NATIONAL PPAC FUND

Reasons to give to the National PAC fund:

1. We have a bill in the US Congress and US Senate currently.
   
   
2. Bill number is HR 699 and S 440
   
   
3. This bill will define us as “Physicians” under Federal Title XIX MediCaid.
   
   
4. When passed, no state can cut us out of its budget during budget crunches.
   
   
5. When passed, we will be included within definition of “physicians” in BOTH Medi-Care and Medi-Caid (Medi-Cal in CA).
   
   
6. If NOT passed, we will continue as “optionals” in the “allied health “section and subject to elimination from state budgets on a yearly basis.
   
   
7. If we’re cut off and stays cut off, other private carriers can follow suit since we’ve been marginalized by a federal program.
   
   
8. WE CANNOT AFFORD TO TAKE THIS STEP BACKWARDS.
   
   
9. Minimum giving asked: $250 to secure our future.

We need to be able to count on every member to write a check to PPAC or charge the amount on your VISA, MC or AMX.
